Ladders for Leaders University

Purpose: To provide the essential knowledge & expertise required to obtain and be successful in a real-world professional experience. The skills learned from the program will be valuable throughout each participant’s entire professional career.

Summer Internship Program

Ladders for Leaders will not only connect students with professional employment but also provide job readiness training and guidance throughout the employment process. Students will learn how to obtain employment, conduct themselves in a professional manner, value time commitments, money management and develop workplace skills.
