Partner Responsibilities
• Provide a site-supervisor
• Assign a project
• Support intern throughout the internship
• Communicate with Ladders for Leaders staff on feedback/concerns
• Send a representative to Signing Day – June 6, 2024
• Send a representative to the celebration program – July 18, 2024
The 2024 program will run from June 10, 2024 – July 19, 2024. We prepare students to be great employees by requiring all interns to participate in our Ladders for Leaders University sessions and pre-employment job training. Students will learn how to obtain employment, conduct themselves in a professional manner, value time commitments, and develop workplace skills. We will also assign a board member liaison to you and the intern throughout the duration of the internship to work through any issues and to help maximize this opportunity for everyone.
