Laronica Moise

Laronica Moise is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 14 years of leadership experience, specializing in operations, supply chain & logistics. She currently serves as an Assistant Chief Operating Officer at Ascension Seton, where she manages daily operations and oversees all ancillary and support departments. Throughout her career,
she has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, patient-centered care, and organizational leadership within complex healthcare environments. With a passion for
building collaborative teams and improving healthcare delivery, she has consistently driven initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business and Health Administration. Her educational background, combined with her extensive field experience, provides her with a unique ability to merge business acumen with compassionate healthcare leadership.

Outside of her professional life, Laronica is deeply rooted in her community and proudly serves as an active member of her sorority — Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, where she
engages in service initiatives and is passionate about mentoring young women. She is married to Odgnel and is the proud mother of two children: Sydney (17) and Oniya (5). In her free time, she
enjoys reading, traveling abroad, and embracing new experiences that broaden her perspective and inspire her personal and professional life.  A passionate lifelong learner and leader, Laronica continues to pursue opportunities that challenge her, enrich her worldview, and contribute to advancing opportunities services for all.
