Brian Hernandez is the founder and chief storyteller at Phalanx Outreach Solutions, a creative marketing agency specializing in targeted storytelling strategies to amplify brand engagement. He is also the co-founder of Radar Hill Media, where he crafts compelling multimedia content.
With over five years as Chief Storytelling Officer at Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area and prior experience as the Texas Workforce Commission’s first Digital Media Coordinator, Brian has spearheaded workforce development campaigns that have earned over 25 awards for innovation and impact. His 14-year career as a multimedia journalist earned him and his team accolades, including regional Edward R. Murrow and Associated Press awards, as well as an Emmy nomination.
A passionate advocate for empowering youth and mentorship, Brian also serves on the Board of the Interagency Support Council of Eastern Williamson County, which connects social service agencies across the region and provides free mental health counseling for students. He holds two master’s degrees from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College. A proud Puerto Rican American, Disney enthusiast, and former Cast Member, Brian lives in Georgetown with his family, finding joy in photography, writing, and movies.
